Jenna Koehler is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in injectable treatments, laser procedures, and comprehensive skin health. She brings a strong clinical foundation, advanced aesthetic training, and a thoughtful, individualized approach to patient care. Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. She then spent approximately seven years working in the fast-paced emergency room environment, where she developed extensive experience in critical care and clinical decision-making. In 2019, she furthered her education by earning her master’s degree and becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Inspired by a personal interest in caring for her own skin, Jenna entered the field of aesthetics in 2016. Her approach combines injectable treatments—including Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers—with lasers, microneedling, and medical-grade skincare to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s anatomy, concerns, and goals. Jenna particularly enjoys the subtle, confidence-building results that can be achieved with Botox and Dysport. She is committed to helping patients understand their options and feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their aesthetic experience. Outside of the practice, Jenna enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

Michelle earned her Basic Esthetics license in 2015 and her Master Esthetics license in 2016. Her commitment to continued education and professional growth led her to become a licensed Esthetics Instructor in 2024 and a licensed Permanent Makeup Artist in 2025. Michelle believes that exceptional skincare begins with understanding the individual. Through personalized treatment plans, thoughtful education, and results-driven care, she helps patients better understand their skin and make informed decisions at every stage of life. Her approach is centered on enhancing each patient’s natural beauty while creating an experience that feels comfortable, supportive, and uniquely tailored to their needs.

Brittney values the balance of medical expertise and artistry that defines the work at Chance + Co. Her favorite part of her role is forming meaningful connections with patients and having the opportunity to support them through such a personal and transformative journey. Outside of the practice, Brittney enjoys hiking through national parks, exploring new places with her husband, and photographing wildlife, especially birds. When she is not adventuring, she loves spending quiet evenings at home with her pets and a good book.

At Chance + Co., Genevieve works closely with Dr. Chance and the surgical team to oversee the clinical experience from surgical planning through recovery. She ensures that every detail is thoughtfully managed while helping patients feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout their journey. Genevieve is passionate about the meaningful impact facial rejuvenation can have on a patient’s confidence and overall well-being. A Charlottesville native, Ali Marcum is proud to call the community she grew up in home. She brings 12 years of nursing experience to Chance + Co., with a well-rounded background that includes medical-surgical bedside nursing at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, as well as clinical practice and management experience within a local family medicine office. As a Surgical Nurse, Ali supports patients throughout their surgical preparation, procedure, and recovery. She is committed to creating an experience that feels safe, comfortable, and reassuring while ensuring each patient receives attentive, compassionate care throughout every stage of their surgical journey. Ali is delighted to be part of Dr. Chance’s team and considers it a privilege to care for Chance + Co. patients during such an important and personal experience. Outside of the practice, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sweet and energetic toddlers.

With more than 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, including a background in management and business ownership, Kitty brings a unique combination of leadership, organization, and personal connection to her role at Chance + Co. As Practice Manager and Patient Care Coordinator, Kitty helps shape both the patient experience and the day-to-day operations of the practice. She is often one of the first people a surgical patient meets and remains a trusted point of contact throughout the facial rejuvenation process from the initial inquiry and consultation through surgical planning, preparation, and recovery. Kitty understands that choosing facial surgery is an incredibly personal decision. She believes patients deserve honest information, thoughtful guidance, and the time and space to make decisions with confidence. Known for her direct yet compassionate approach, she listens closely, anticipates questions, and helps each patient understand not only what to expect, but why every step of the process matters. Behind the scenes, Kitty works closely with Dr. Elizabeth Chance and the Chance + Co. team to ensure every detail reflects the practice’s high standards. Her goal is to create an experience that feels organized, personal, and seamless while ensuring every patient feels informed, prepared, and genuinely cared for. Outside of the practice, Kitty is a wife and mother of three boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and has recently returned to pottery usually after bedtime as a creative outlet.

As Front Desk Concierge at Chance + Co., Ileah Harris brings extensive patient-facing experience, a genuine interest in aesthetics, and a warm, welcoming presence to the practice. Before joining Chance + Co., Ileah spent 12 years in the dental profession, including three and a half years specializing in cosmetic dentistry. Through that experience, she developed an appreciation for the meaningful connection between personalized care, aesthetics, and patient confidence. As one of the first people patients meet, Ileah is dedicated to creating an experience that feels welcoming, organized, and attentive from the moment they contact or enter the practice. Whether assisting with scheduling, answering general questions, or connecting patients with the appropriate member of the team, she is committed to making every interaction feel seamless and supportive. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Ileah recently moved to Charlottesville with her husband, where they purchased their first home with their beloved pets. Outside of the practice, she enjoys spending time outdoors, being on the water, hiking, trying new restaurants and breweries, and exploring new places.
