Once you've had an online consultation and are ready to move forward with your surgical plan, you'll begin coordinating with our patient care team. Visitors who come to our practice from out-of-town will be connected with any and all available accommodations, and you'll work with a member of our coordination team to set up a treatment schedule that works for you.

Please arrive in Charlottesville, Virginia, a day before surgery so you can meet Dr. Chance and her team at C + Co Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics. If you’re undergoing a facelift or neck lift, plan to stay for at least 8-10 days after your procedure.

This allows for multiple follow-ups with Dr. Chance so she can track your healing process and remove your final sutures. For more minor procedures like eyelid surgeries, patients can head home the same day as surgery as long as they can return to Charlottesville for their one-week follow-up.
